I’m the companion VP at Annet Technologies. We’re a software outgrowth and apprehension process outsourcing (KPO) organisation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Zealous System?
We have a healthcare client in the U.S. that we’ve been working with since 2008. Business has increased in the last couple of years. This year has been fantastic for us, but we are brief on expertness sets and the workload has increased. We needed an ongoing technology associate to help us.

What particular tasks were Zealous System responsible for?
They allocate .NET outgrowth resources to us on a case-by-case basis. The healthcare method in the U.S. has requirements and policies so we have to depend on tools to work on those methods. They use Microsoft technologies like .NET, C#, SQL, and other technologies like Java. We are also doing some Magento open-source work with them.
Was there a dedicated team?
There are three FTE resources on their side.
How did you come to work with Zealous System?
We were referred to them. We began by using them on a test basis. They did a good job so we assigned more work to them.
What is the terminal result of working with Zealous System?
We began working unitedly in January 2018 and the work is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
They work as an extension of our team to our client. Internally, we have a reciprocal contract that they have to liberate the work that they’re doing to us, and our inner project code review team checks the work they liberate. That team does manual and auto machine testing. According to our QA and code review team, they’ve done it at a satisfactory level to be liberateed to the client. Most of the time, it passed through from the leading level of testing. Our clients and our team are satisfied with them. The work is on time and on budget.
How did Zealous System accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We got big cooperation from Zealous System. They have been big for us by providing outgrowth and support.
For our leading meeting, we had a meeting at our service. We principally use Skype and phone calls innerly. When interaction involves clients, we use GoToMeeting.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Zealous System?
They have big expertise. They’re a Microsoft Gold Partner. They have bigly expertnessed resources useful. They’re a process-based organisation, which is big for us. Everything is documented, and all the processes have been followed. It’s a real experience and we look advanced to continuing our business with them.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
Sometimes they should be stronger in interacting with our team. It’s not poor, but it could better.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
You have to stay slightly pliant and set rigidity aside. In the long-run, it is profitable to both associates.
