I’m the fruit director for Atlantic Express Corp. We’re an ship logistics organisation that specializes in shipping automobiles overseas.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with NFQ Technologies?
We hired them to create our enterprise resource programning (ERP) method for our day-to-day operations. Our antecedent off-the-shelf method was too general for our needs.

What particular tasks were NFQ Technologies responsible for?
Everything was custom-designed from scratch. In provisions of the architecture, the backend was built using SmartClient and the front end was built with Symphony. The method feels things accounting, order treatment, and client treatment. It’s designed to automate some of our processes and keep all synced properly. For accounting, there are auto-ships into QuickBooks. The method also allows our interpolitical agents to connect using an API key so that we can convey data securely.
Based on the achievement of this union, which has gone on for separate years now, we’ve added tracking and e-commerce projects as well.
Was there a dedicated team?
There were seven nation initially, but now it’s down to five.
How did you come to work with NFQ Technologies?
We worked with a couple of other companies leading, but fastly substantiated their experiences were too limited to help us, so we began looking for someone who could see us through the complete outgrowth process.
What is the terminal result of working with NFQ Technologies?
We began working with them in 2014, and our collaboration is quiet ongoing. We’ve also added new projects with them in accession to this one.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We constantly ask our employees for feedback so that we can make improvements. Since we built this method from scratch, there are times we’ll substantiate that we need to instrument accessional features or change the way existing ones office.
How did NFQ Technologies accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
I feel most of those tasks for this project. We have daily meetings and we can touch them without whenever we need something.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with NFQ Technologies?
They liberate good condition work and they complete it fastly. There aren’t too many bugs that need fixing.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
It’d be nice if they did more of their own project treatment, but having someone from our team feel that helps since we know our structure best, so it’s hard to say.
