Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

We prepare innovative digital services and support to companies dedicated to integral health, clinical investigation protocols, work health, and more. I handle the business and structureal outgrowth, marketing, and recruiting.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Icalia Labs?

We worked with them to educe two different digital fruits.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

One of these projects was named Oqdoc. Our slogan for this project was “find your doctor”. This was a platform that helped users find doctors with different specializations, allowing them to search specific areas with pricing and other details. It launched as a web app, and later we educeed a mobile app as well. We no longer have this fruit on the market. We launched it almost two years ago, and it didn’t have the achievement we expected so we now have it on standby.

The other project we educeed with them was named Oqfarma. It was formd using Google design sprint and Icalia helped us gather ideas within our structure and among our clients. The main goal of this outgrowth was to help clients find the smallest costly pharmaceutical fruits in their area. This project was only educeed as a prototype.

Was there a dedicated team?

In the leading outgrowth, we worked straightly with four nation, but a bigger team worked behind the scenes. In the second outgrowth, there were two nation colworkating with us.

How did you come to work with Icalia Labs?

We establish Icalia in an online search. We were intrigued by their experience working with clients creating electronic clinical files. We wanted a organisation with that kind of apprehension and experience so we met up with them, and we veritably liked what they proposed. They seemed to apprehend our needs well, so we determined to work with them.

How much have you invested in them?

It was about 700,000 Mexican Pesos (approximately $37,000 USD) for the leading outgrowth and about 60,000 Pesos (approximately $3,000 USD)for the second one.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We seted working with them in October or November 2015. The leading project was artistic a year later.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

Icalia had some operational issues the year that we worked with them and couldn’t liberate the fruit on time. For us, it was a loss. We had already hired the personnel to act this platform, and we were already paying them while waiting for the outgrowth to be artistic. So, when we launched the fruit, we had already spent a lot of the budget. That is why we couldn’t keep the fruit on the market for long. It was not gainful so we had to pause the project. We didn’t get to work with as many doctors as we had hoped whichever, so the project was not achievementful at all. As it was a powerful investment for us, we programned to try anew in the forthcoming, but we haven’t establish the peculiar conditions to do so.

How did Icalia Labs accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?

We used Slack to follow-up on the leading fruit, but they had a lot of delays. They did not form an initial prototype precedently launching the fruit. We had a lot of setbacks and misapprehendings. We had to make a lot of changes while working on the outgrowth, and that took a long time. This is why we did that differently the second time. They conversant what had to be different and took it in importance for other projects.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

They are big at the design sprint methodology. That was really precious. If we work with them anew, I would like to set with that methodology as it cleared up our expectations.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

We gave them our feedback and complaints, and they took them into importance and did the second outgrowth very well.
