There was a kick-off meeting in which the extrinsics, Android / iOS platforms, and aim of the project were presented, as well as the high-level requirements were presented.
Then we created a design committee within the organisation and we were presented of screens layout and explained functionality and from where the data should be obtained through web methods.
With this, the contractor presented for approval the terminal designs and test renderings, which were analyzed and approved by the design committee, and those that were approved were added to the alpha rendering.
