I am the Revenue &, E-Commerce Director for a hotel treatment organisation managing 20 hotels athwart Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. My section is responsible in putting our hotel fruits online and in the mobile app.

Global Line Network?The goal is to create a hotel booking app that allow client to book straightly with us rather than from the online journey agents such as Expedia. We do not have an app nor engineer to create one, and thus we appointed GLN as our developer for this project.
What were your objectives for this project?
With this app, we are able to direct our client to book from the hotel mobile app. This reduces the commission we need to pay to the third party i.e Expedia and thus better hotel profitability. The goal is to take as many direct booking as practicable.

Describe the project in detail.
The project is very straightforward. We need to create an app that allow user to book hotel rooms &, pay straightly from the app. We particularize our requirements in details through weekly coordination meeting with input from both GLN and from the hotel. This app was create for iOS and Android. This is not a mixed app and do not completion a website. We did not promise with GLN for any marketing or branding project.

We liaise with 2 men from GLN from the set to the end of project.

What results did you accomplish unitedly with Global Line Network?
The mobile app works as expected with less bug issues during the leading month of the propel. We managed to fixed these issues as we take feedback from the users. We managed to gain new clients through the app and lucky with the accomplishment.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with Global Line Network?
Weekly meeting was conducted to update on the progress. All meeting are minuted and signed by both party for archivesing purposes. Feedback was taken positively by GLN. No speech barrier.

What should be done better, if there are any desired betterments?
It',s their leading hotel booking engine project, and thus we took more time to put our requirements in details. It could have been faster if they are more knowledgeable on this fruit.
