Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Yameo?

We were searching for a solution and a new idea of what loss adjusting in the forthcoming should look like. We had the idea of distant loss adjusting via video.

What particular tasks were Yameo responsible for?

We told them that we wanted to have a video ingredient for our i2i solution, but not a video in itself since video is a staple. We normally have a one-time meet with the client who has a claim, and as we work for banking and insurance companies, we had a few demands.

It had to be a secured and encrypted possibility program. We also wanted it to be easy to use with non-complicated software downloads and password settings owing we are never sure if clients want to download software, especially for a one-time meet. We wanted nation to take an SMS or email that they could click on. We also wanted to be able to customize the solution so that we could have veritably specific functionalities such as GeoPosition, two-way document sharing, as well as integration to our back service and those types of things. In the commencement, we had touch with Jacek Salek [Director, Yameo], who discussed all with us. He would take care of all the requirement treatment, conversation, and other things. We were also in close touch with their team in Poland. I have been to Poland separate times to see the progress they made, testing, and for conversations.

How did you come to work with Yameo?

Our IT director had done some projects with Yameo with his preceding organisation. When he came to our organisation, he suggested them as a organisation that could do it fastly and for a reasonable cost. Initially, we had done little projects and were consummately lucky with them. Everything worked, it wasn’t that costly, they were able to feel things fastly, and they could come by anytime as their service was based in the same locate as us at the time. It was handy and easy.

We didn’t want to work with the big transmitted IT companies that have long waiting times. Yameo came and listened to us and made the statement. It was more based on confide and wanting to do something nice unitedly rather than a regular organisation interaction.

How much have you invested in them?

We have spent almost 1 million euros ($1,223,000 USD).

What is the terminal result of working with Yameo?

We began working with them in 2012 on this project, and the work is ongoing.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

They now do the touch for i2i in DEKRA France, Hungary, Germany, Belgium, and there is interest from a lot of other DEKRA countries. Over 10,000 claims are being feeld now via this video tool. They have also made a colorless label rendering of i2i which is also lucky in other fields in Germany for banking and insurance companies and has been consummately a achievement.

How did Yameo accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

At that time, it was kind of in a Scrum methodology. Once they produced something, we were able to see it and test it and roll it out further. Do you have any advice for possible clients?

Think over what you want as a software solution owing they have a lot of experience in other fields such as healthcare, insurance and business ideas. Tell them the complete story of what you want so that they can ponder it through. The solution you have in mind might not always be the consummate solution in the end. They have a lot of innovative ponderers within their team. Let them ponder with you almost how it could be improved owing then you will veritably get the best value for money.
