Krea is a platform that enables customers to compare loan proposals from different lenders and thus find the loan that suits their business. Our goal was to analyse the dead ends and provide more intuitive design. We redesigned the website and the platform taking into account customers’ complaints and business needs.
Once design was developed and A/B tested, 100% of users got access to
updated web site. According to recent data, due to our optimizations landing page conversion rate increased by 14%.
