We are a Software as a Service preparer. Our platform allows exporters to prepare their own fruit authenticity and provenance, straightly to their consumers. We do this by using sole QR [fast response] codes, one per packaged fruit, and a code age and scan analysis method.

What was the business challenge that you were trying to address when you approached Crystalnix Limited?
We were looking for a associate that could help us brainstorm the fruit, create, and regood it. We needed reasonable rates and the power to do more or less work as the circumstances required.
What were your specific business goals for the project?
A well-designed, maintainable platform that is capable of growth and layer.

What was the aim of the project, and can you draw the specific services prepared?
The organisation was accepted into a business accelerator, and worked with Crystalnix to mark our platform and then to form it. Services included technical advice to the organisation founders, application architecture, infrastructure design (at Amazon Web Services), project treatment, framework choice (Django), outgrowth (python, HTML, and JavaScript), automated testing, and security testing.
What was your process for selecting Crystalnix Limited with which to work?
I wasn’t at the organisation then, but I apprehend the initial choice was through the induction of a board limb who was household with Crystalnix’s work.
Can you give us a general estimate of the size of the project in dollar provisions or personnel work hours?
[I would say] $200,000-$500,000 would be almost right.
When did the project initiate, and when was it completed?
It began in soon 2013, and the leading major repetition was completed later this year. Our platform is being continuously examined and betterd, and Crystalnix’s involvement is ongoing.

It’s quiet soon days for us, but the project has proven to be powerful and has accomplished well.
How did Crystalnix accomplish?
They accomplished excellently. The application was well programned and has been implemented without murmur.
When working with them, was there anything sole or particular almost them compared to other associates with which you may have worked?
Successfully working with an outer party has been a new experience for me, so it’s hard to make comparisons. But, I am very satisfied with the overall experience. They liberate condition work at an affordable cost. In accession, as they have a powerful nearness here in New Zealand, I feel like I can verity adjoin with them as I would a limb of my own team. It',s not a transmitted outsourcing relationship in that perception.
Looking back on the project, do you have any constructive stricture? Is there any area that they could better or you would do differently?
Not veritably. There are parts of the application that I wish were more clsoon documented but, generally, when I’ve felt that way, I’ve located ended up locating outer documentation that is reasonably clear. I just didn',t know where it was.
