Vivo Campervans is a family owned business who have recently entered the high end campervan rental industry.
They came to us with an existing website that unfortunately didn’t inspire consumer confidence and had functional issues that meant users couldn’t book with it.
We worked with them to design and build a new
website from scratch, ensuring that it not only gave customers confidence in renting from them but also actually enabled them to take bookings.Their new website is now much more functional than their old one and it’s instrumental in how they make sales and run their business. We built in a powerful booking engine that allows users to easily rent campervans across date ranges with the ability to choose from added extras. It also automates a lot of the communication (booking confirmations etc) and saves Vivo a lot of time on administration whilst also giving them reporting on visibility on sales and inventory usage.
Now that their website not only looks a lot better but offers a pleasing user experience their sales have dramatically taken off, admin time has gone down their business is in a much better place all round.
