AIC Group had strong believes in the art of feng shui and the mastery of good balance between the workforce. That',s why Gohan had to fuse modern branding techniques with traditional rules to create a perfect mix of both cultures and eras.
AIC Group enlisted Gohan Concepts to reimagine a modern brand incorporating timeless feng shui elements of balance and positive energy. Close alignment with all stakeholders enabled the creation of a stylish identity design that improves brand perception while also building internal confidence in the brand itself.
Solutions
Balance is another priority for AIC, representing shared efforts of employees, shareholders, and the public. After researching many symbols evoking a spirit of balance, our inspiration came from Yin &, Yang - our modification retains the timeless elegance of Yin &, Yang while representing many elements of AIC Group shown below. Of special significance to the AIC management team is the number 5 and the earth elements aligned with it.
Impact
Since we got hit with the pandemic early 2020, there are no active results on the direct impact. The internal workforce were very happy about the new look and feel and seemed more motivated.
All stakeholders were satisfied and worry free, because we created user friendly templates for each department.
