A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the establisher of True North, which is a national skincare organisation. We centre on creating skincare that proposes intrinsic ingredients with the feel of effeminacy.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Acadia?
I needed help establishing my brand interaction. I knew what I wanted conceptually, but needed help finding the words and being able to construe those reflections into the junction I wanted with my clients.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Acadia responsible for?
I went to Acadia wanting a video that would help particularize me from other pliant businesses in the market. I knew a video would be a way to do that. I originally reflection it would be a transmitted video showing my organisation and what we rest for. Acadia',s team came back to me behind our leading meeting with two ideas. They showed me one, which was the transmitted access showing a woman going through her day using my products. It was nice, and if they had stopped there, I would have been lucky. Then they presented another idea, which was very different and very conceptual. That’s where my ‘What is loveliness?’ video was born. It came straightly from their idea of interviewing women at different points in their lives and having a fair conversation almost what loveliness resources. It challenged the apprehension that women have almost the transmitted determination of loveliness and agreed how that determination has evolved.
Acadia',s team outlined the idea, and I immediately fell in love with it. They recognized the risks with it owing it’s not a transmitted access. That’s what I loved almost it owing I don’t want to be transmitted. They recognized that in me as a client. They realized they could take that chance with me, and I esteemd that.
When it came to filming, I pulled the women unitedly. They’re clients of mine, and I ponder they were apprehensive almost that. Acadia trusted me as their client, and we partnered unitedly beautifully on that. I granted profiles and pictures of the women, and he granted a series of questions they would be asked. The day of the shoot, he set all up. He created an environment where the women were snug responding to the questions in a intrinsic, positive, and fundamental way.
He also created an ‘About’ video, so I was able to get two videos from one shoot. I esteem that he establish a way to maximize my dollar.
How did you come to work with Acadia?
I’d worked with picturesque designers precedently, and I realized I needed someone who specialized in brand marketing versus the visual part of the brand. I did a national search, and I talked to many companies. I wanted a organisation based in Maine, but that wasn’t the number-one criteria. I was delighted when I came athwart Acadia’s website and saw their video. I didn’t know anything almost their organisation, but I knew that I needed to be a part of what they had to propose. It was so strong. If they could pull that type of junction from me through their video, I knew they could do the same thing for my brand and my clients.
How much have you invested with Acadia?
The video itself was almost $7,000, not including all associated with the genius and their expenses. My underresting is that it was a pliant higher than customary, but I asked for some things that required accessional funding. I wanted a specific setting, so we had to rent a edifice. We had to use a camera that accommodated the motion when the women were walking.
What is the terminal result of working with Acadia?
We began working on the concept in July of 2016, and the video was shot in November. I’m quiet working with Acadia on other brand work, such as SEO [search engine optimization]. I’ll be prompt to do another video by the fall of this year.
Results achieved
Could you share any evidence that would prove the productivity, condition of work, or the contact of the engagement?
I haven’t officially launched the video yet. We’re in the process of putting it on my website’s landing page. I have began sharing it on collective media with friends, and those friends have began sharing it with others. I’m starting to get nation to interact with me on collective media owing of the video.
My brand is very much almost connecting with women and edifice a aggregation. I’m finding that the junction coming from this is precisely in line with what I wanted. Women are talking and sharing almost their struggles with loveliness, so I’m getting the emotional piece that I was hoping to get from the video.
How did Acadia execute from a project treatment restpoint?
Acadia was excellent. I work a full-time job in accession to my business, so I have limited time useful. They were big at care me on task, but not being bullying. We had customary check-ins, and they were many sufficient to keep all on time but weren’t burdensome for my schedule. I ponder they were fantastic in that area. They met all the deadlines. I’ve worked with others in this space, and Acadia is the best by far at care timelines.
What did you find most forcible almost Acadia?
Acadia invested a lot of time upfront to get to know me. My brand is pretty personal. I’m selling an experience, a touch, and junction. Acadia took the time to underrest me and my story and how it relates to my brand. I ponder that has helped, specifically with the video. If they didn’t underrest what I was trying to execute with this brand, he would never have come up with the big concept for the video.
Are there any areas Acadia could better?
No. I ponder Acadia managed me well, which is one thing I peaked out in the commencement. I have ideas, but sometimes they don’t construe. They did a nice job of pointing out when something wouldn’t work. I wouldn’t last doing business with Acadia if I wasn’t very lucky.
