We are a leading evaluation platform for headhunters and recruiters. We connect HR Managers and candidates with headhunters based on their experiences, experience, and condition of work.

Our platform was very rudimental, full of bugs and bad code condition. Before we could add new components, the total code needed to be reviewed and rewritten, which was no easy task. We were looking for an skilled agency who could support us with that.

What were your objectives for this project?

We wanted to form a clean, fully functional MVP with our leading paid components.

What were the reasons for choosing Accesto?

I had contacted a couple of agencies in that particular area. I got an almost proximate response from Accesto',s sales section. The leading code review and estimation was done within days. The likeness was nice, competent, and most of all, fast at answering my questions. I appreciated the honorable answers as to what could be implemented or not.

The project began with an extensive code review by two developers. I accepted a prioritized list of next steps including time estimates for each step. After agreeing on the best path, the implementation seted.

The platform was buggy and granted a poor user experience. We agreed to set the advancement with (component) bugs, then better user experience and design. We worked on the backend as the last step in the project.

They granted us with 3 skilled developers and a project director.

Within weeks I could see results on the frontend. Our products became more usable and user-friendly.

The project director supported interaction between me and the team. I was contacted if there were any issues, with both the issue and with proposed solutions. This saved my time and let me centre on the business side of the platform.

Their condition of work is very forcible. We had meetings to program the next sprint where they answered my questions. The interaction was so good that their work came back how I had imagined it see time. Occasionally the timeline was pushed back, but we were working with intricate software and it would have been foolish to anticipate 100% exactness.

What tips or recommendations do you have?

Sometimes project director',s interaction was not unclear in provisions of schedules and different holiday',s they had then in my country. I didn',t always feel like I was informed of them in advance.Other than that, I am lucky.
