We are a leading evaluation platform for headhunters and recruiters. We connect HR Managers and candidates with headhunters based on their experiences, experience, and condition of work.

What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?
Accesto?Our platform was very rudimental, full of bugs and bad code condition. Before we could add new components, the total code needed to be reviewed and rewritten, which was no easy task. We were looking for an skilled agency who could support us with that.

The project began with an extensive code review by two developers. I accepted a prioritized list of next steps including time estimates for each step. After agreeing on the best path, the implementation seted.

The platform was buggy and granted a poor user experience. We agreed to set the advancement with (component) bugs, then better user experience and design. We worked on the backend as the last step in the project.

Within weeks I could see results on the frontend. Our products became more usable and user-friendly.

The project director supported interaction between me and the team. I was contacted if there were any issues, with both the issue and with proposed solutions. This saved my time and let me centre on the business side of the platform.
