Introductory information

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We are an electrical and automation distributor. I’m in direct of all our schedule solution programs. We handle consumable schedule at client websites.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with AgileVision.io?

Our antecedent schedule processes were manually intensive and we wanted a way to automate them in an schedule solution platform. We wanted to put the new platform in the cloud so we could layer it easily.

Provided solution

What was the aim of their involvement?

They design our user interfaces. We send them mock-ups and they enhance the look and feel of our UI. They helped us move our existing method to AWS and create a new platform. No one at our organisation knew much almost AWS, so they set up our user permissions and groups. Our in-house educeers like SQL, so they set us up with a SQL database in our AWS account.

We also work with IoT artifices at our client websites. They are household with one-click services and integrated Amazon buttons, lockers, and an RFID movable artifice into the platform. They’ve also helped us educe the front- and backend for an Android and iOS app as part of the project.

What is the team compound?

We have a highest point of touch and a team of three or four other employees.

How did you come to work with AgileVision.io?

We looked for businesses on Upwork. They fast understood what we were trying to do and had worked with some of the hardware we wanted on correspondent projects. They had some of their antecedent work useful for us to test and we were impressed by their experience.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent almost $40,000 on all of their services so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We seted in February 2018 and it’s an ongoing project.

Results achieved

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the touch of the engagement?

They saved us from hiring another inner IT individual. They moved solutions into the origination environment and reduced the timeline by at smallest six months to a full year. Our in-house team had to prioritize other projects and this one kept getting pushed back. They’ve helped a lot and we’re veritably pleased with the feel and functionality of the code. Our in-house educeers mention frequently how big they are to work with. They apprehend what we’re trying to execute.

How did AgileVision.io accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?

Our point of touch is big and his English is excellent. We’re currently in phase three of the project. We have weekly conversation calls and exchange emails daily. They demo tasks and milestones and keep us in the loop almost their progress and as they complete tasks. We have a lot of back and forth in Google Docs, where we keep track of the project.

What did you find most forcible almost them?

Their interaction is fantastic. We’ve worked with freelancers in the U.S. that were not as lucky as they were. They’ve helped us progress faster by making suggestions for best practices based on antecedent experiences with correspondent projects. They fill in the gaps in our apprehension.

Are there any areas they could better?

There’s nothing so far. We’re veritably lucky with them.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

Be pellucid and specific from the set. We have a clear process and reply questions at the commencement of each phase. That sets us up to luckyly complete projects and stay on the same page the complete time.
