Volkswagen is one of the leading automobile manufacturers in the globe, and one of the biggest sellers of automobiles in Poland.
Desired goal
What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?
Artegence?Artegence was hired to support ongoing digital projects including Volkswagen’s website, and to analyze user conduct on the website. The results from this analysis indicated that we needed a tool to search for cars useful at a given instant in all dealerships in Poland. We chose Artegence to prolong and better the stock locator tool that we already had. Artegence granted us with UI/UX design and outgrowth support.
What were your objectives for this project?
Our goal was not only to educe an winning and user-well-inclined tool, but also to increase the number of leads on the stock locator. It was searching for us to better the lead-to-purchase rate.

Describe the project in detail.
Based on the users’ and UX designer’s opinions almost the old rendering of the stock locator, Artegence made mock-ups which were trialled by a cluster of 100 users. After that they prepared a design and programmed the website, and implemented advanced analytics to allow monitoring of how users verity use the tool. This enabled us, unitedly with Artegence, to best fit the tool to user needs for each campaign.

We were assigned a Project Manager to support us as the main point of touch throughout the project. A team of UX and UI Designers, two Frontend Developers, two Backend Developers and a QA unit worked on this project as well.

What results did you accomplish unitedly with Artegence?
After launching the tool, car sales increased significantly – mainly due to the stock locator. The lead-to-purchase rate increased by 15%.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with Artegence?
The project director that we were assigned was easy to adjoin with and granted us many updates. We made phone touch at smallest twice a week. We were impressed by the professionalism of the team.
