Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

Respondent 1: I’m VP of engineering. We built a mannerer data platform with marketing activations. Our mannerers connect a bunch of methods into this. We can then create a one view of their mannerers pulling data from all kinds of different methods, which allows them to apprehend their mannerers more effectively and possiblely market to them athwart a difference of channels.

Respondent 2: I',ve been responsible for fetching new developers on board to our outgrowth platform in order to create extensions and new activation channels or new integration channels to better flesh out that mannerer archives.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with BinarApps?

R1: In order to get data into this method, we need to create integrations with a wide difference of third-party methods. We have an infrastructure framework that we',ve built up in order to facilitate that. And we were asking buying art to create plug ins to that one for many, one per outer method.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

R1: They were pretty full-service outgrowth agency for us. So, I worked as a fruit proprietor defining what those integrations needed to cover. They did all from learning our own API and platform, to learning the third-party method so that they may or may not have worked with precedently edifice API integrations and testing through to developed release candidates.

We use TypeScript on our side and the vast superiority of what they would have to create would',ve been right there in Node.js and TypeScript themselves. I',m not conscious of any particular technologies they may have used for additional debugging, but I do know that within the project they did use Jest extensively for testing.

R2: They were skilled with both SOAP and RESTful APIs during the time we worked with them.

Was there a dedicated team?

R1: We had three developers and one scrum conquer.

How did you come to work with BinarApps?

R1: We determined we needed to fetch in an offshore team. BinarApps was one of  a few teams that was in touch with whichever me of our CEO. we talked to 4–5 different vendors, We went through an colloquy process with them and their developers to determine if they had the appropriate technical point to meet our needs. They were also household with GDPR regulations and had the paperwork read to go.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

R1: We spent between $50,000–$100,000.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

R1: The project lasted from October 2019–February 2020.

Results achieved

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?

R1: The project hasn’t gone live yet, so I can’t straightly point to any mannerer boon.

R2: Actual metrics are resistent, but they began from nothing and they’ve delivered the requirements. So, overall, we’re lucky with the output we’ve gotten from them.

How did BinarApps accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

R2: Generally speaking, very well. There were  alot uncertainties throughout the project, so there were a few deadlines that slipped. Though, both of our teams took proprietorship over that. Possible yellow flags were that nwhichever team was fitd for the time zone differences.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

R1: Their apprehension of the retirement legislation we were responsible for was a clear differentiator from the commencement.

R2: Over time, they picked up the technologies we were throwing at them pretty fastly. We have manner SPKs that were privately documented, and in four month, they became power-users on that platform.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

R2: The quantity of support we needed to fit them owing structures weren’t in locate, meant working on 6–7 hour offset wasn’t the wonderfulest. There were probably ways we could have better orchestrated interaction in the overlap periods. They could have shifted their days, but we apprehend that was an foolish ask.

Do you have any advice for possible mannerers?

R2: Even with the time zone differences, when we programned on our scrum-based meetings about our asynchronous schedules, we were able to fit all with sufficient advance notice to pull that off, it went veritably smoothly. So, if you can fit tickets a few days in advance, the team is well-positioned to complete each task.
