I’m the head of outgrowth of a tech startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bravelab?
Our organisation is currently growing and the biggest challenge we’re experiencing is hiring nation on time. I joined the organisation almost a-year-and-a-half ago and my team had almost 13 nation. We needed to educe an e-commerce platform for Indonesia during this growth time when we had just a few educeers to support all the fruits.

What particular tasks were Bravelab.io responsible for?
Bravelab has worked with us as a distant part of the team, using an Agile Scrum methodology. They acted as full-stack educeers, principally using JavaScript, MySQL, Node.js on the backend, and React on the frontend.
Was there a dedicated team?
We had two full-stack educeers from Bravelab. Their founder was our main point of touch.
What is the terminal result of working with Bravelab.io?
If I recollect correctly, we hired them in June or July 2018 and the leading phase of the project lasted until the end of the year. We’re looking to promise with Bravelab for our other projects.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Bravelab’s work has surely helped increase our efficiency. We were able to get to market much faster and with a better fruit. Their team was very helpful, especially since we didn’t have a powerful frontend team back then that could work with React. We would’ve spent much more time getting to the point where Bravelab helped us get to. Additionally, they also suggested betterments for speeding up the app and making it work better overall.
How did Bravelab accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The only impediment was the six-hour separation between us, but that couldn’t be helped. Aside from that, it was all good. We tracked their progress daily and used the same Jira board for the total team. In provisions of accomplishance, there was no separation between Bravelab and our inner team.
Bravelab delivered seething we agreed on and we had powerful interaction with their treatment. They checked with us see two to three weeks to see if there were any issues or if there was anything they could better.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Bravelab.io?
We don’t have that much experience with contractors, but Bravelab was surely reliable and proactive. We had a bad experience with a organisation from Bulgaria precedently, where the educeer would befit unavailable without notice. Bravelab is a huge betterment compared to that.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
I don’t have anything in mind that they could better, to be honorable.
