Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the preceding project and business outgrowth director at Techcave.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Bravelab Software House?

I managed a wayfinding solution for shopping malls. It showed you a path to a retailer in a big shopping environment using 42-inch touchscreens. We prolonged the ecosystem with a fidelity program that extended more clients and addressed retailers', needs. Rather than edifice it in-house, we outsourced it.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

The wayfinding fruit has a printer and barcode scanner to repurchase retailer coupons. They',ve developed a software to feel those peripheral devices, a dashboard to show repurchaseed coupons, and the backend and UI of our fidelity program.

They',ve also built a sweepstakes. To comply with the law, you must meet true criteria for haphazard number age. We’ve run separate lucky fidelity campaigns and given cars to clients.

Using Drupal and PHP, they have built and maintained a monitoring tool that tests those environments. They prepare 15 hours of support each month. They',ve also brought in C# and .NET developers, prolonging our digital signage tools through a C# solution rebuilt to fit our needs.

Was there a dedicated team?

There are no more than five nation.

How did you come to work with Bravelab Software House?

Someone on our team had worked with the CEO and suggested we talk to him.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We’ve spent less than $30,000.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We began working unitedly in January 2012 and the work is ongoing. It’s a long-term engagement.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

Their experiences are in line with our requirements. The program has accepted testimonials from the big shopping malls that use it.

A marketing agency arranged nation at the wayfinding devices to form buzz and get shoppers to pick them up. Bravelab Software House cooperated with the marketing agency, their executives, and our directors. The relationship functioned well. The occurrence was very lucky and it was big for the shopping mall.

How did Bravelab Software House accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

The experience has been good. They’re dependable and reliable, are always on time, and have no trouble prolonging the aim.

The CEO manages the organisation well. He’s on top of all, acting as project director and attractive deeply with clients to apprehend the aim. He tracks the work, guides his nation, and straightly prepares employee reports and detailed statistics. Once the engagement ends, he reports on the number of hours spent on each task. He works hand-in-hand with us, liaising between us and his staff, which is rare in IT.

They hold daily stand-ups and briefings. We adjoin through phone, email, and in-person meetings. Whenever something needs proximate observation, we fetch them in.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

It',s forcible that they work night shifts. Even the CEO did night shifts at our service when we launched. That',s rare among businesses that work from a fixed aim and cost, owing the software is never prompt and the client always wants to prolong the aim. Although we didn',t entirely mark the aim, we',ve quiet prolonged our arrangement.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

We try to extend the U.S. or global clients. They don',t have sufficient global experience or success to converse to global clients. They are a local software house who which bigr players outsource owing in-house outgrowth is confused.
