Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the founder and CEO of WorkBuzz. We help companies get customary insights almost their employees by using algorithms that pinpoint where companies should leverage their best genius.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Codibly?

We outgrew our primary software agency and wanted a associate to create an improved platform. We wanted to create scans with more flexibility to propose clients real-time feedback.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

The solution is web-based and does scans through mobile and tablet devices. Codibly reviewed and optimized our code, and then moved the platform to Amazon Web Services (AWS) to optimize scalpower and relipower.

We had completed a circular of outer funding, which enabled us to design a platform that aligned with the experience we wanted to propel. Codibly then collaborated on wireframing and documenting user stories.

In three stages, Codibly developed the platform with Python and a React backend. First, they built a new, pliant scan tool that enabled us to select questions for specific user types and prepare automated response levels in a colorless label form. Next, they joined the app to our new dashboard through an API. Clients can get moment feedback and visualized results. Currently, the team is working on a self-service module. Clients can deploy services and make changes 365 days a year. We anticipate them to complete outgrowth by Christmas 2018.

Was there a dedicated team?

As of last August, the project includes a project director, a QA resource, and a team of at smallest four full-time developers.

How did you come to work with Codibly?

I spoke to my mentor almost challenges with a antecedent vendor and he helped me conduct a new search. We shortlisted almost a dozen agencies and met with three of them. Codibly’s competencies and culture made them a good fit.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $400,000. Our monthly bestow is between £15,000–£20,000 ($20,000–$26,000). We anticipate to have spent $450,000 by the end of this year.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We began work in 2016 and the project is ongoing.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

The move to AWS created moment improvements. We wanted the power to feel clients with 100,000 employees and give personalized dashboards to 4,000 directors. We have now met our space and load time goals. Features load within half a second and PowerPoint reports engender within a few seconds.

How did Codibly accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

Codibly uses Jira to get through 140-150 story points for each bi-weekly sprint. The initial story points had important difference, but as the team gained experience with the platform, their estimations increased in exactness. We have a release see month or so. We have sprint reviews and conversation calls in order to go through the progress. If there’s an effect, we’ll have a call touching it. They’re pretty on top of it.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

Codibly is the mental size for us, as we didn’t want to be their biggest client, but also didn’t want to work with an agency that required bestowing tens of millions of dollars each year. They’ve been invested in expanding their team since we began working unitedly. We’re the right size for each other, and they have a powerful team in locate—from project treatment to QA and outgrowth. Codibly knows what they’re doing and mainly liberate on time. We haven’t had any big surprises.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

There have been less effects. They had turnover with teammates and project directors, but we also skilled that as well. But overall, we’re pretty pleased with how the relationship is going. They’ve solved issues fastly and conversant from them.

Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?

No, we’ve had a real experience.
