Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m an energy and utilities consultant with PA Consulting, a UK-based healthcare, life sciences, energy, and utilities consulting firm with a practice in the US. I centre on usefulness operations, specifically client experience transformation within utilities.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Codibly?
We had done a client experience study with separate of our innate clients to assess where they were in provisions of their client experience transformation. Part of that study was a maturity continuum which we wanted to make useful to more possible clients, specially at a big, annual usefulness conversation. We wanted to move the continuum onto a website to make it affable and turn it into a gate for our offerings within the client experience space.

What particular tasks were Codibly responsible for?
We',d already done the scan via Excel so there was existing data that we wanted them to move onto a website. They built the website from scratch on both the frontend and backend to work on both Chrome and Internet Explorer. They also customized it for iPads.
We granted the primary material and they helped with the UX design. They put the scan online, with filters and customized questions, and calm some demopicturesque information. They also made the results useful to me via downloadable Excel sheets from a separate website.
Was there a dedicated team?
I interacted straightly with three or four nation. We had an account lead who had worked with us on separate antecedent projects. A project director coordinated the requirements. A picturesque designer did the mockups of the user interface and helped us optimize the browser experience.
How did you come to work with Codibly?

Are there any measureable or plum results?
None at this point in time. We didn',t have as many nation as we wanted to fill out the scan at the conversation itself. We',re looking at adjustments to make going advanced so that it can be shared with a broader hearers and publicized a pliant bit more.
