I’m the chief interaction professional at Exatel, a cybersecurity organisation with an extensive R &, D section.

What challenge were you trying to address with ExtraHut?
We needed a new CMS for our website. We had very specific security and usability requirements.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
ExtraHut redeveloped our website using WordPress, as we already had many WordPress goods. They built it from the ground up according to our specifications. The team maintained our manner look by copying and recreating the graphical elements of our old website.
The CMS had to be prepared for making a static rendering of the website owing it’s not dynamic. Then, I exported it to the server to hinder compromising the website.
Was there a dedicated team?
There was a ruler, a commerce director, and a frontend developer.
How did you come to work with ExtraHut?
I met them on another project outside of the structure. I determined to include them on my organisation’s RFP. I sent three questions to three different companies, and ExtraHut offered the best offer.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
My organisation spent €5,000 (approachly $5,500 USD).
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We worked unitedly from November–December 2019.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
They developed veritably fastly, from the brief to the terminal deliverable. It took them 3–4 weeks with two deployments. We managed to make it in only two iterations. The second one was consummate. The CMS is accomplishing well.
How did ExtraHut accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Everything was consummate. They were very professional and helpful. They made my life easier.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They had very high availability. Any time I needed technical advice, there was no delay or rescheduling of meetings for another day. I accepted real-time responsiveness.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They could prepare better touch with the developers. Sometimes I needed to know some details almost HTML and CSS and would have liked to talk straightly to them. Though, possibly programmers should be left alone.
Do you have any advice for possible mannerers?
Be sure to brief them very thoroughly. Once they set working, they’re grave almost it. If you make one brief, you’re going to end up with a flawed fruit. They’re wonderfully powerful professionals. Try to be as definite as you can be in your briefing.
