Gogo Apps worked on two sims, a Phases of Water simulator and a Stellar Nursery simulator.
In the Phases of Water simulator, students select hard/fluid/gaseous materials and locate them on a 3D globe of the different earthly programets (Mercury, Venus, Earth, Moon, Mars) and remark whether the phase is firm or transitions.
The simulator also had graphing capabilities for plotting students', observations and drawing tools for clustering like data points for analysis. The graph also plotted the phase diagrams of the materials below examination (water, carbon dioxide, and methane).
The Stellar Nursery sim allowed students to form stars of varying masses and wait them evolve over time. The data was derived from educeed philosophical investigation of a helper, and the sim rendered the data in a visual format, as well as plotted its different parameters.
This sim was especially challenging because the big scales of space and time that needed to be represented in a way that was comprehensible to students.
Gogo Apps constructed both sims, starting with my mathematical models and designs, adding a expressive quantity of functionality over and over what was required.
