The project consisted of separate discovery meetings, creating the specification and aim of the project, creating the test environment and series of test scenarios. After the initial provision the outgrowth process began and lasted for 2-3 months. Testing phase and corrections took additional 2-3 months.

We interacted with a project director who then translated our needs to a team of developers. Several developers were nimble during the project and responsible for different aim of work, from design, text/notice features, Live tone transmission and other...

What results did you execute unitedly with itCraft?
Although not without pain, over time itCraft handled to execute the initial goal of stabilising the Live Voice transmission, however due to technology limitation, not up to the primary goal of 50 users in one cluster.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with itCraft?
We had a direct interaction with the project director who passed on our concerns or feedback to the developers. Several solutions were used to handle documentation and interaction during the outgrowth process, including email, Skype, natural meetings, etc...
What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of itCraft?
I would say that during the complete process, both sides were pliant in order to reciprocally extend the intended outcome. Even during the tougher situations, we were able to extend a ordinary ground and move advanced with the project.
What should be done better, if there are any desired betterments?
In my low conviction, any organisation which is providing a labor to a client, should labor to better their processes and in this case as well we could find areas to better on, however, I believe that issues we have encountered during the outgrowth process would most likely happen with any other outgrowth organisation. We are lucky to say, that behind completing the project, we are quiet on good provisions with itCraft organisation.
