Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the B2C channel director and chief fruit proprietor at Inter Cars S.A., a totalsale distributor of car parts.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with itCraft?
We wanted to create a solution that would allow us to propose the drivers the most wide fruit for worry-free car livelihood and usage. Key part of this was getting data straightly from vehicles. It’s a intricate fruit that will basically take care of all to do with your used car and just let you like driving. We were looking for an skilled mobile app developer.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were itCraft responsible for?
They developed a B2C mobile app for car proprietors. We’re almost to complete the Android rendering, and depending on its achievement, we will create an iOS rendering as well. Android is the prevailing operating method in the market we’re in. The app was built from scratch including some integrations with our existing backend methods.
Some processes are done by backend that we already have, but the total user-facing side is built from the ground up by itCraft. We’ll soon complete the last outgrowth sprint. 95% of the app is already tested and up and running.
Was there a dedicated team?
There was a QA engineer, a project director, two developers, and an analyst responsible for the API. We also dealt with the co-proprietor and chief constructor when we had some challenges or issues to resolve.
How did you come to work with itCraft?
We establish them on Clutch behind reading feedback and reviews. We were looking for an skilled organisation, the market chief in apps outgrowth. The cost factor was significant but not the most as we know that condition costs. The portfolio of the apps they have built and the leading two meetings we had made it clear we wanted to work with them.
What are you access expents (if diclosed)?
The project has cost $70,000.
What is the terminal result of working with itCraft?
We began working unitedly in February 2019 and the work is ongoing
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The car I’m in this instant is connected to the app and I’m recording live data from it. So far, all’s been veritably good. They’ve been good almost being adaptive, and they’re very pliant in their access to our changing needs and the challenges we had during the project.
How did itCraft accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’re the leading organisation, out of over 10 IT vendors I’ve used, where I’m entirely at ease with how things are going. The only downside was the time and material we are working on as that gives you flexibility but can also make the terminal cost and project length higher than anticipated. At the end of the day, though, it quiet was reasonable and anew IT Craft proved to be a associate rather than just a vendor.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with itCraft?
The best part of working with them is the time and centre they spent knowledge what we wanted to create. They refused to give us estimates unless we veritably invested both time and money into making sure they understood what we want.
They’re a fairly little organisation and they handle to keep high ethics in what they do. They’re very open, very pellucid, and very down to earth when it comes to managing expectations of clients. People like to work with them. I haven’t had a one individual my team that would say something bad almost the guys from itCraft.
What fronts of their work would you like to get betterd?
We had a outgrowth program for three months and there was a cost layer onto this for which we budgeted the total project. After 7-8 weeks, we realized we were going off and the project would take a bit longer. The result was that the cost went outside of the budget. This anew is the essence of working in an nimble way so some estimated vs realized analysis needs to be done on both sides. This one front I would better on both sides.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Have a beer with them leading. It is always advantageous to create relationships.
