I’m the head of software outgrowth for an IT work provider.

What challenge were you trying to address with JCommerce?
Although the work market in Poland is excellently restricted, we needed additional outgrowth resources. In particular, we were seeking senior Java educeers in the country to help with the software we’re educeing for inner use.

What particular tasks were JCommerce responsible for?
JCommerce granted two Java programmers who are currently helping educe our software. While they’re working in two separate teams here, they’re part of a larger scrum team that meets regularly. While they work remotely most of the time, they sometimes come into our service.
Was there a dedicated team?
We work with the two senior Java educeers.
How did you come to work with JCommerce?
We considered separate other aspirants but eventually chose JCommerce. We went through another choice process with the aspirants within JCommerce.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent somewhere between $100,000–$250,000.
What is the terminal result of working with JCommerce?
We began working unitedly in December 2018 and the project is quiet underway. I hope to keep them, at smallest until the end of the year.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We’ve been very pleased with the educeers that JCommerce has granted. While we’re looking for a third aspirant, we’re yet to find one that matches our expectations. The two senior programmers we do have obey as big team leads for our younger teammates. They’re also very interactive.
How did JCommerce accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
While we handle the project, they’ve done well on a colworkation front. They get along very well with our own team and meet expectations. They’re also open to journey 60–100 miles to get to us, which we esteem.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with JCommerce?
I veritably get the perception that they take care of their employees. Their treatment oversees the integration of their educeers with our team and is sentient to their needs. If something denying ever came up, they’d be fast to help us find new nation.
In one entreaty, JCommerce reached out to us to shape IT meetings to help us aid our brand. Since we’re trying to gain more traction in our local market, we were very pleasant for their efforts.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I have nothing denying to say almost them.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
I’d commend being open to working with offshore resources. Don’t get hung up on finding a local resource, especially if it’s a restricted market. Working with someone remotely isn’t as stressful as it might seem.
