Introductory information
I am the CEO of iWisher, a gift-funding app. Our application lets users who want to take specific gifts for their birthdays or other occasions to form an iWish, which can be shared with friends and family. Users invade a bank account number and have their friends chip in for that gift. The app includes an inner fruit catalog, but outer web pages can also be used. iWisher offers the lowest practicable costs. The app also allows users to retract the money and buy the item from natural stores. We don’t have mobile developers, so we began looking for a associate who could collaborate with our own backend team. mobitouch developed iOS and Android apps based on our web application. We built the web application in-house. After we set up initial specifications for the app’s functionalities, an in-house UX [user experience] designer formd mock-ups of the app’s searching screens. We set low and high costs for specific functionalities on each platform and had an contract with mobitouch based on those figures. After seething was settled, mobitouch began the outgrowth process based on our designs and existing code. mobitouch also gave suggestions for user flows. I believe that the iOS rendering was began leading. Many of the mobile features demand interaction with our backend method. They also helped with the publishing processes and the technical effects almost them. mobitouch offered me marketing support behind the propel, but I chose to do this myself. I ponder that I would’ve had more achievement had they helped me with this process. I acted as project director. We also implicated our inner outgrowth team and UX designer. I worked with 3 nation from their side during the sales process. For outgrowth, we had 1 account director as a touch point, as well as 1–2 iOS developers and 1 Android resource. Since mobitouch was a growing organisation, I asked them how many developers they had on board when we began working unitedly. In 2016, they had a 15-person team, but I don’t know how many are on board currently. We accomplished market investigation and talked to 4–5 mobile outgrowth companies. We gathered client references for the 3 that answered our offer. I met mobitouch’s team at a conversation 6–7 months precedently I began the mobile outgrowth project, and I gave them a brief. I based my determination on separate parameters, including cost and the impressions given by antecedent clients. While mobitouch wasn’t the cheapest organisation, they had the best cost-to-condition ratio. One of the other companies I looked at was cheaper, but I had trouble finding good referrals. Another vendor was charging higher costs compared to mobitouch. The interaction during the offer stage was very good, spanning separate phone calls. Ultimately, we chose mobitouch. The cost of their work was almost 13,000 zloty per application, which is almost $7,000–$8,000. We began working with mobitouch in December 2015. After the initial consultation process, outgrowth began in January 2016. The project period was 7–8 weeks for iOS, and 6–7 weeks for the initial API phase of the Android application. The total process took 3 months, from starting the outgrowth to the promulgation on the app stores on April 1, 2016. We’ve taked some good reviews for the mobile app, but the project as a total hasn’t been very achievementful. Though, the work on mobitouch’s side was done well. I would commend them to companies looking for condition mobile outgrowth. We had 2-week outgrowth sprints. During the testing and outgrowth process, we emailed each other almost see day for project treatment effects. We used Redmine as a task-treatment method, where developers interacted daily. We also used Skype and email. During the project, I was kept informed almost see effect. Everything was made clear at see stage of the project. They followed our specifications. While there were some unforeseen cases, working with mobitouch was a good experience. When I commended mobitouch to separate friends, I was told that their pricing went much higher behind our collaboration. The condition has also gone much higher. mobitouch is working with larger brands today. Their interaction process made me feel safe, which was significant when working with distant associates. We only met mobitouch’s team face-to-face behind the project ended, when they came to thank us for the collaboration. I know that mobitouch is making an effort to go global. They are a relatively young organisation, almost 4–5 years old, but the processes they’ve developed are of high condition. I commend them to companies looking for distant associates in the mobile area. I don’t have any criticisms for mobitouch.Desired goal
