Since the beginning our main goal was to build digital products that let people do things differently – offering consulting tools and resources to companies of all shapes and sizes to make beautifully designed digital products in a way that is fast and fits our clients needs.
We have nearly 600 employees on board. Approximately 40% of our employees work fully remotely and 60% mix remote work with visiting an office.
Weve had a remote-first mindset since the very beginning but weve also always had office space for meetings collaboration and socializing. Were present in the biggest Polish cities: Poznan (HQ) Krakow Warszawa Gdansk Wroclaw Katowice lodz and Bialystok.
Netguru was profitable from the beginning of the companys existence. Weve grown at a rate of nearly 120 percent in 2018 reaching almost 19M EUR in revenue.
Netguru has completed more than 600 projects. We are currently working on over 350 projects per year including 120 in parallel.
We are working with clients across 16 time zones. Our clients have changed the way people do banking listen to music learn languages and rent bikes.

Marek Talarczyk is the CEO of Netguru. He is responsible for running the business as a whole supporting the realization of the companys strategy and leading the top management team. Marek is a transformation enthusiast interested in optimization and scaling-up within a business. He holds a masters degree in Economics with a specialization in Financial Analysis and Business Valuation from the University of Szczecin. He has gained experience working for tech companies all over the world including India Iceland and the United States.
Wiktor is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Netguru. He is responsible for the companys external presence co-running key initiatives such as supporting diversity in the company developing Netgurus social footprint and implementing sustainable growth strategies. Wiktor is a technology enthusiast investor and connector. He acts as a keen mentor in the technology development community through organizations such as YPO Hive61 and Startup Weekend. He believes in workplace transparency diversity and equality. Netgurus culture is a natural realization of his drive to build a workplace that hed personally like to work at.
As Netgurus CSO Kuba is responsible for the companys long-term strategy and growth. He is a philosopher by education but an entrepreneur by spirit. Kuba is an active angel investor in several technology startups such as Luna Lang and Estimote. Prior to joining Netguru he founded a leading Polish HR SaaS platform and led its sales team for four years.
As Netgurus Head of Growth Radek is responsible for the continuation of Netgurus growth and the coordination of all marketing and communication processes. Radek has over 15 years of experience in working on web projects both for large corporate clients and as a CEO. Prior to joining Netguru he spent five years working in the media industry and also held a leadership position at a gaming company CD Projekt. Radek holds a masters degree in Sociology from Jagiellonian University.
As Netgurus Head of Delivery Mateusz is responsible for delivering top-quality innovative products to clients from all over the world while leading a team of 500+ talented engineers quality assurance specialists product designers and project managers. He transformed Netguru by building the Product Design team from scratch introducing machine learning services and leading ongoing strategic activities such as the management of the tech team#39;s business strategy and technology roadmap maintenance. Mateusz holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and has always been fascinated with how technology changes the world and makes our lives better. Hes been through the full journey from working in a project to being in top management and leading the biggest department across the entire company.
As Netgurus Chief Financial Officer and Board Member Malgorzata is responsible for all financial legal and administrative matters. Her primary duty is to maintain and improve upon Netgurus financial standing and secure financing for day-to-day operations and investment opportunities while ensuring that the company is compliant with Polish regulations. Along with finance she also leads the security division. Since the beginning Malgorzatas career has been about the IT sector. She is an ACCA member and holds an MA in Finance and Banking from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and an MSc in Finance and International Business from Aarhus University in Denmark. She also completed a six-month MBA course at the Management Development Institute in India.
As Netgurus Head of Operations Przemeks primary duty is to ensure that Netguru is scalable and adaptable as a company while leading teams responsible for operations IT support security data and information. His responsibilities also cover management of the Netguru Marketplace a platform for freelancers that are looking for new project opportunities. Prior to joining Netguru he led a number of international programs across the world then later joined Netguru as Head of Project Management. He holds a number of portfolio project management and agile certifications. Przemek is an active lecturer at the Kozminski Executive Business School. He earned his masters degree in Computer Science from Gdansk University of Technology.
Jacek lastowski is the acting Head of Finance responsible for overseeing financial matters and leading the Finance Team. His primary duty is to maintain and improve upon Netgurus financial standing while ensuring that the company is compliant with Polish regulations.
Jacek earned his masters degree in Finance from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He has over 15 years of experience working in different financial functions and companies like PwC HP and Mettler-Toledo.
As Netgurus Head of Business Development Krzysztof is responsible for the company#39;s go-to-market strategy end-to-end relationships with customers and revenue operations. Krzysztof has more than a decade of professional experience spanning across technical skills assessment SaaS platforms fintech gaming ecommerce and electronics distribution. He holds a masters degree in English Linguistics and a postgraduate diploma in coaching from Cracow University of Economics.
