I’m the co-establisher of a FinTech organisation. We educe technology for the financial advice sector.

What challenge were you trying to address with Netguru?

Currently, the interactions between financial advisors and clients are traditionally done in personal. Advisors visit clients at their home to debate objectives and make programs. Face-to-face meetings are plainly very fruitful, however, they’re also time-consuming and valuable. We wanted to create a software solution that compliments those in-personal meetings, but also provides a channel for digital interactions. We had a clear idea of our value statement and the features we wanted on the platform, but we needed a vendor to create it.

What particular tasks were Netguru responsible for?

Netguru flew their project director and a few designers from Poland for a kick-off session with our team. We leading debateed the tenor of the project and the business challenges we were looking to explain. Then, we granted them with a specific set of requests and some initial designs. After they reviewed that information, they shared their feedback, and we collaborated on a terminal program for the software.

Once we agreed on the designs, their team made some terminal adjustments precedently handing them over to the educement team. The educeers seted by edifice the core platform and the basic functionalities. Since then, we’ve brought on more educeers to work on creating and implementing the rest of the features fastly and efficiently.

It’s an ongoing project, but the artistic fruit will facilitate interactions between financial advisors and their clients.

How did you come to work with Netguru?
