I’m the VP of fruit outgrowth at a loss obstruction software organisation. Our intelligent video surveillance platform does EBR, or exception-based reporting, to help hinder losses and better operational efficiencies in retail stores and restaurants. The platform crosses POS data, if something unforeseen happens, we push alerts. The retail store or restaurant has hardware at their location. The software is also affable via a Windows web server, which allows us to pull in the data and look at it from wherever we are.

What particular tasks were Netizens responsible for?
Netizens deployed their MovStat software fruit to augment our fruit portfolio and add video analytics to our platform. They implemented their software on our existing hardware installation and made sure they could take our camera feeds and read our data. We formd a one sign-on gate with a video analytics panel. Netizens did the UI design.
Was there a dedicated team?
We work with four team members, including our project lead Aleksandra (Product Manager, Netizens).
How did you come to work with Netizens?
I don’t have a lot of insight on that, since I inherited the contract from my ancestor.
What is the terminal result of working with Netizens?
My organisation began working with Netizens in October 2018. They completed the integration in July 2019, and we’re quiet working with them.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Our fruit propel is quiet underway, so I don’t have many statistics to point to. Though, Netizens is helping us form some expressive waves within the video analytics activity by offering a light touch, cost-effective solution. Netizens has given us a terrible competitive gain. They’re improving our detection of stop times and commerce. For entreaty, if a retail store’s line becomes long, the software can send alerts letting store employees know.
How did Netizens accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
There’s nothing specially reasonable that I could say. The project has been well run, and I’m very lucky with the outcome.

They’re a big associate. If you promise them, they’ll work very collaboratively with you.
