MoonyLab is a photo printing app based in Poland. We print mobile, Instagram, and Facebook photos, and ship them worldwide. The app converts the photos to PDF files and works intuitively for users.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Proexe?
We wanted to create an easy-to-use app with a global extend. The extrinsic was to make photo printing easy and fast owing the main proto printing apps we’d tested took too much time to work. We had an idea of what the app needed to look like but aren’t technical nation and don’t have any inner developers whichever, so we determined to outsource all.

What particular tasks were Proexe responsible for?
Proexe helped us create the iOS and Android app from scratch. We worked unitedly for the design, but the main project was handled by them.
We wanted to upload pictures from as many platforms as practicable—Facebook, Instagram, mobile devices and Dropbox. The main goal was to have smooth uploading, and the power to transfigure the pictures into PDF.
What is the team dynamic?
I worked with almost 4 nation from their team through our client relationship treatment platform, but I don’t know what the full size of the team was.
How did you come to work with Proexe?
We wrote to some companies almost our ideas and had a couple of meetings. We chose Proexe owing their team understood what we wanted to form and had a competitive cost.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested between $30,000–$40,000 in their work so far.
What is the terminal result of working with Proexe?
We began working with Proexe in May 2015. The terminal app has been launched for months, but they last to work with us in developing new functionalities.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
The app’s ratings are pretty good—at almost 4.5 stars. We have almost 100,000 downloads on iOS and Android combined and the general comments have been real.
How did Proexe accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They use Trello, which works well when it comes to managing the work with clients. Compared to other outgrowth teams we’ve used for the website, it’s smooth to work with Proexe in provisions of time treatment and all else.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Proexe?
They are pellucid with time treatment, client touch, and with the overall control of the project. We can see what Proexe is working on and know when they’re going to complete.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
