A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m a designer for a real lands educeer that provides non-standard solutions for the local market. We centre on two types of room modules (specifically two- and four-room rooms). We are both a real lands educeer and architecture organisation, and we feel digital marketing processes in-house.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with RIOT?
We needed to educe a sales platform, website, and other interaction tools to be used with clients.

What particular tasks were RIOT responsible for?
RIOT helped instrument our back-office sales platform and frontend website. They also designed and educeed an application for our natural showroom.
The sales platform is a answering web solution that’s both an inner and a client-facing tool. Clients looking to buy an room can make a reservation, select different features of the edifice and its inside, and adjoin with our team through the platform.
Was there a dedicated team?
They assigned a team of front- and backend educeers and a UI/UX designer. I was the fruit proprietor during the design process.
How did you come to work with RIOT?
I was household with RIOT’s work from past collaborations. I requested offers from a few companies and ultimately selected RIOT.

The total cost was €150,000. ($185,000 USD).
What is the terminal result of working with RIOT?
We worked with RIOT from January 2015–March 2016. We now have an inner educeer.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
I was satisfied with the collaboration. Their code and UX designs were fully executed, although the frontend code could’ve been better in provisions of forthcoming livelihood.
How did RIOT accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Their treatment and interaction were excellent, and we didn’t experience any delays, which is sole for a digital project. I’m also a designer, and they used all the typical tools needed for this type of project.
RIOT kept us updated and let us know almost any glitches. They granted summaries or held meetings whenever we requested them.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with RIOT?
The team is open-minded and proactive. If there was something unfit in our way of thinking, or if they identified possible issues, we discussed them. It’s not frequently that software houses or digital agencies are so proactive in thinking almost the aim.
We had a true union. Instead of me just effective them what to do, RIOT came up with big ideas that we hadn’t reflection almost.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
The condition of their frontend educement could be improved, specifically in creating fruits that stay maintainable behind many years. We’ve told them this, though, and they’ve made improvements.
