Electronic circulation of documents is a system for electronic circulation of documents, for example invoices, pro-forms or accounting notes. Its main goal is to speed up the accounting process. The system automates business processes, enables efficient document management and allows for the proper flow of information within the organization.
Selected functions of the program include entering documents into the system,
setting different access levels for users, multi-stage document description, cost authorization, sending notifications on document allocation, sending reminders on document description and acceptance, monitoring document statuses, exporting reports in ",.csv", format, generating certificates for assigning documents to cost centers, generating collective files with invoices and certificates, as well as archiving documents.Depending on the implementation, the system can be adapted to the customer',s needs, including the preparation of integration with external systems.
