During the implementation of large road investments, the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) is required to archive project documents and incoming correspondence for documentation purposes. This goal is implemented in cooperation with the Contract Engineer which task is to support GDDKiA in this area.
The system meets the requirements of GDDKiA regarding the
structure of information storage and enables fast archiving of data on digital media at the end of the investment.On the basis of applications from users, the system was extended with functionalities facilitating archiving and proper cataloging of a large number of files at the same time as well as communication with people working with files.
