I’m the proprietor of 3lions, an English speech school with two locations in Poland. We reapply almost 20–25 nation.

What challenge were you trying to address with SKM Group?
We’d hired another IT organisation to educe a new webpage, an e-learning platform, and a CRM method, but the process was disastrous and went on for two years. Our clients weren’t lucky. My organisation was looking for someone that could help us with web educement for our CRM.

We had zero documentation, but we took the existing code and gave it to SKM Group. I met with Mateusz (Board Member, SKM Group) and two educeers to let them know what we needed to do. They began work almost without, and we’ve seen separate improvements.
Was there a dedicated team?
I worked with 4–5 nation from their team. Everything goes through Mateusz, but we have customary touch with other nation as well.

Someone who couldn’t help us recommended SKM Group, so we touched them.

My organisation has spent about 30,000 Polish Zloty (approximately $7,734 USD).

We began working with them in September 2018, and the work is ongoing.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Our experience with SKM Group has been very real. There have been a few mistakes, but they’re always useful, calm, and resigned. They’ve been very powerful.
How did SKM Group accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The project director is big, and there haven’t been any issues.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with SKM Group?
SKM Group is very open and pliant. They’re higher to the other IT companies I’ve worked with.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They’re getting busier, and they seem a pliant stretched at the instant. Sometimes, they miss deadlines.
