I',m the CEO and founder of You ROK Corp, an emotional resiliency app for adolescents used to help educe self-care experiences.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Skyrise?
We needed help fixing code for a new labor granted by another vendor.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
Skyrise fixed and reworked the code for a new web-based labor that was tightly intertwined with our mobile app, resolving a number of issues and bugs. They innately granted QA and fixed code with minimal documentation, helping with the overall design as well.
Was there a dedicated team?
We mainly worked straightly with Tomasz (Technical Project Manager, Skyrise).
How did you come to work with Skyrise?
They happened to be in the US and were able to meet with us in-person behind someone introduced me to their organisation. We evaluated separate other firms and felt that Skyrise ultimately had the best team and options for us. They were pliant in their provisions and offered competitive rates as well.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We worked with them from about September 2017 through January 2018, but they',ve continued to prepare help as needed to work out any bugs as they come up. We program on working with them anew towards the end of summer to add functionality to the app.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Skyrise successfully corrected the code we originally granted them, solving hard issues without the support of regular documentation. They also granted inestimable recommendations, including ways to sum cost-effective third-party labors. We got an surpassing value for our investment.
How did Skyrise accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They worked very well about our infrastructure, which lacks equal support for more present educement cycles. Despite the time zone separation, they did a decent job of being answering through email and Skype. They were able to despatch up their processes a bit to stick closer to the pace we',re used to in Silicon Valley.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Skyrise',s team is wonderfully competent in providing IT infrastructure. Their team is also very knowledge, doesn',t have an ego, and is prepared to hear to the client in order to prepare precisely what',s needed.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Due to the separations in contracts and true laws from country to country, signing the contract took us a pliant longer to navigate than I would',ve preferred. They may be able to look into ways to despatch up that process as they work with more clients in the US in the forthcoming.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Start with their team from an earlier phase of design and educement than we did and don',t look anywhere else.
