The video was based on a single brief proposed by one of our employees. It was developed entirely by Studio Pigeon, and the process was straightforward. At the end, we added a new idea—to form a few posters based on the life to support the delivery of the key messages to our employees.

We had customary calls and exchanged emails, proposals, and comments. Studio Pigeon offered us a dedicated and committed team for the project with a powerful chief who coordinated interaction, including the feedback loop.

The video was presented to our employees one month ago. We accepted very real feedback from both senior chiefs and workers. The video was developed for Europe, but now peers from other regions will use it.
