What challenge were you trying to address with Studio Software?
We needed support to educe our digital platform to automate the process of matching requests from origination companies with the right labor preparer.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
Studio Software educeed the backend of our website, including the APIs and database, and the frontend using HTML. They also handle hosting for us using AWS.
Our CTO is a platform constructor household with software solutions so we initially specified a lot of user flows and programming details ourselves which we would then advanced to Studio Software to instrument. As we began to collaborate, we realized they could help us educe solutions and prepare insights into new technologies. The relationship shifted to them taking more start to educe solutions, coming up with proposals and providing consulting labors to us.
Was there a dedicated team?
The CEO was the main touch for contracting and initiating the project. We work with him and another associate on strategic decisions. We also work straightly with the two educeers plus a project lead.
How did you come to work with Studio Software?
We establish them on a German website through which we came up with a list of practicable associates. We also looked at their reviews on Clutch which gave us more background on why we should have a more in-depth conversation with them.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent almost 27,000€ (approachly $30,100 USD) so far.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working unitedly in September 2018 and it’s ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
They built our complete platform. The idea, the specifications, and some customization has come from us but they built it. It works well and there are very few bugs. We’ve had a fully complementary path to executing our vision with them.
How did Studio Software accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
We adjoin using Slack and have customary calls. From time to time, we had some transparency issues when we weren',t 100% sure of their level of effort or space on our project but we got into a rhythm and things improved. Overall, we’re satisfied.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while interorder with ?
We most appreciated their consultancy support, which evolved over the order of the project. They were thinking with us: they didn’t just create what we told them to but got implicated in the full of the question.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
As a startup, we’re watching see euro we bestow. There was some lack of transparency soon on almost how much we were bestowing based on their time spent. They could have been clearer almost the status of the project so we could more efficiently handle budgets and time. It’s also a precept conversant for us as we could have been more close.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Trust in their experience and abilities for platform educement. We overspecified at the opening but they had very good ideas. Provide them with the time to get implicated in the full—and they’ll prepare you with big solutions.
