Software Testing for Consumer Complaints Company

Please find under a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.

Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the head of projects at Reexplainr. We help consumers in raising murmurs over a organisation they’ve had an effect with by providing them information almost their rights and guiding them through the murmur process. The labor is free to consumers, but we also propose a set of enterprise fruits for companies and regulators that want to reexplain consumer murmurs.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with TestArmy?

They’ve been helping us with a collaborative decision-making fruit aimed at regulators, courts, and ombudsmen. We brought TestArmy onboard to save time and fix that deployments go smoothly.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

They prepare us with automated testing resources. Their developer participates in customary stand-ups with our team. We deploy new code each week, so while our team is working on outgrowth, they’re writing the automated tests for it. Once all’s prompt, they run the tests overnight and flag any effects for our team to review.

Was there a dedicated team?

We currently have one developer who works full-time with us, but we’re looking to swell our use of their labors.

How did you come to work with TestArmy?

Our CTO accepted a referral from a helper, so we looked into their labors and establish that they were a good fit for our needs.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We seted working with them in October 2017 and we’re quiet working unitedly.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

They’ve sumd veritably well with our outgrowth team and they’re good at proactively solving issues. They’ll independently make suggestions on how we can change our access and get better results. We hired them to give us trust that our fruit would be reliable when we launched it in March 2018 and, due to their QA work, we haven’t had any major effects in the six months since then.

How did TestArmy accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We handle their personal tester who works with our team, but their administrative team is always helpful when we need to get in touch with them almost contracts and scheduling.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

Integrating testers and developers can be a bit tricky, but the tester we have is a core limb of our team. He takes set and adjoins with the rest of the team to explain issues.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

We’ve realized that we need to have more conversation upfront almost the strategic access precedently they initiate writing the tests. We initially went for utility, but it’s befit clear on both sides that we’re better off having those programning dicsussions at the set.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

Know what you hope to get out of the promisement and fully sum their developer into your team if you can. They’re very ready to promise with you as a associate as long as you adjoin effectively.
