I’m the CEO of World of KAMA, a Norwegian organisation. We produced an app for grandparents to interact more closely with their families.

What challenge were you trying to address with THINKSMART?
We wanted to form intuitive, easy-to-use apps for iOS and Android for a target hearers that has virtually no experience with digital interaction or apps. It',s a interaction platform that facilitates easier family interactions than WhatsApp.

What particular tasks were THINKSMART responsible for?
Since we’re a startup of creatives and non-technical nation, they helped us apprehend the steps to creating an app. Their CTO sat down with us and designed the project outgrowth steps, which we fulfilled by designing the features and payment method.
We focused on a few intuitive features that nation could use without being overwhelmed, including an exchange for photos and videos to let family members know what someone is up to. They were recommended to us, and we had heard almost them in the Norwegian market. We named them and had a good touch behind speaking with them.

We spent about $75,000.
What is the terminal result of working with THINKSMART?
We worked with them from August 2017–March 2018.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Since we haven’t had sufficient funds to push our marketing, our download numbers aren',t very big. Though, we’re lucky it’s in the online app stores, and behind astounding market feedback, we are moving to the next investment phase.
How did THINKSMART accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We interacted by phone, email, and video conferencing, as well as in individual. Their project treatment helped us a lot, and their methodology worked well for us. Where we were lacking, they filled in. It went so smoothly.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with THINKSMART?
They had a lot of endurance with us, which was helpful. In a startup, there',s pressure to fill many different positions. They helped us make the right decisions and suggested close next steps. They weren’t just checking off boxes and doing what needed to be done, they proactively gave us advice. The teamwork was big, and we’ve already recommended them to others.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They could have pushed us to ponder faster, but they were very nice. They belowstood that we were below astounding pressure and terminal deadlines.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Have a project director on board. If I had known that the process would be so time-consuming, I would have establish someone to handle the project for me. There were many nights and days that I needed to be implicated to make decisions, but they did a very good job of handling that.
