The Challenge:
Leroy Merlin sought ways to improve presentation of its product range in digital channels, but also incorporate strategies to increase sales and optimize its customer experience.
Our Solution:
A pair of corresponding custom e-commerce &, m-commerce platforms was
designed adhering to the highest UX standards. Apart from the store, both versions come with a vast library of product advice and video tutorials on home repairs and gardening.The website delivers optimized, seamless customer experience with cross-channel features, such as the in-store inventory checker or the Click &, Collect option. The integrated recommendation engine enabled cross- and upselling, which in turn increased the overall store revenue and the average basket value.
