Archicom is one of the largest real estate developers in Poland. For over 30 years, Archicom has already completed over 150 developments, including residential and office buildings as well as hotels. As for 2017, the developer had sold over 1.400 business premises and handled over 924 apartments to its clients.
The challenge:
Archicom sought the way to ease access to
information for Archicom clients and automate their internal processes. An advanced solution was needed – hence the choice of Kentico EMS.Our solution:
Unity Group recommended the creation of an eCare panel, called Client’s Panel. It improved after-sales service and delivered the highest possible standards of customer service assistance.
The integration of Archicom’s systems allowed the integration of the company’s CRM and the rest of the infrastructure with the Client’s Panel. The implementation of a FAQ segment resulted in a significant reduction of the number of frequently asked questions and the need to contact clients directly by Archicom representatives.
