A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the founder of Apt. App, a web and mobile platform that enables residents to adjoin with their neighbors, property staff, and surrounding aggregation.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with VISLA?
Our technical team was in a state of transition owing we were working with another outgrowth organisation that got acquired. We now rely on VISLA for all of our outgrowth.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
VISLA is currently edifice out our mobile and web apps. They also adviser the apps for any bugs or technical effects that might arise. While we prepare all of the wireframing and strategy, they code these out for us. In the all-encompassing software solution they’ve created, VISLA has brought our business ideas to life.
While the app has many core functionalities, our most well-known component is our nameless neighbor notice. Apartment residents are able to namelessly intimate their neighbors if they experience a ordinary disturbance. The app also boasts a powerful reporting space. Users are able to pool reports to see different analytics for how each component is being used.
Was there a dedicated team?
The founder of their organisation serves as our project director. We work with their founding team which consists of three members.
How did you come to work with VISLA?
They were recommended by the antecedent organisation that we were working with.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We just got began, so we’ve only spent about $15,000, but this number will rise as time goes on.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working with them in August 2019, and I imagine that our engagement will be a long one.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Since our collaboration is quiet in its very soon stages, I don’t have any powerful statistics on hand. I can converse to how interactive and answering they are, which has been forcible given their distant location. If we experience any effect, they’re right on top of it for us. They’ll frequently quiet be working, even past their midnight. On top of that, they’re very attentive and detail-oriented.
How did VISLA accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They excel at project treatment. They’ll set out different workflows and roadmaps for us, and keep us constantly updated. We used emails, weekly phone calls, and Skype for interaction, and Trello and Google Sheets to keep track of project progress.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Their observation to detail and their power to adjoin have both blown me away. They’ve exceeded our expectations with those two things. We look advanced to seeing more as we last our fairly-new relationship.
