The service Safe Pesel, which allows customers the ability to temporarily freeze or unfreeze their credit access, needed to automate its verification of Pesel number claims for their customer service office. Additionally, the site just needed a fresh look.
Consumers interested in putting a hold on their credit access can use this service in a couple situations: when they are not currently interested
in taking out a loan or extending their line of credit (prevention) or when a crime involving their PESEL number has been committed. In the case of prevention, a loan institutions sends a query to the www.bezpiecznypesel.pl database in order to verify a consumer loan application before deciding whether to grant the loan or not.With the right software, we were able to largely automate the confirmation, document verification and form services process on the consumer side, leaving just a bit of manual work for the customer service team. Additionally, by focusing mainly on the four groups of recipients the credit access service is tailored to, we succeeded in modernizing the site’s design consistent with current product identification throughout their marketing sector (brochures, presentations).
