Rey is an experienced independent consultant who has led seventeen successful Oracle Cloud Talent Management Implementations since 2012. As a functional lead, he was part of the first Oracle Cloud HCM project in release one and holds Oracle Certifications in Cloud Talent Management, Cloud Learning, and Cloud Recruiting. He has designed and configured functional solutions to complex requirements in the areas of Talent Management and Learning Management, including global implementations.

Rey is proficient in the business processes and Oracle Cloud modules of Talent Management, Learning Management, Recruiting and Onboarding, and Workforce Compensation and is available for contracted Corp to Corp projects.
