Dr. Delen is the Spears Endowed Chair in Business Administration, Patterson Family Endowed Chair in Business Analytics, Research Director at the Health Systems Innovation Center, and Regents Professor of Management Science and Information Systems at the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. Dr. Delen has over 30 years of experience in data analytics and science, both as a business consultant/mentor and university professor.

Dr. Delen is the author of over 100 peer-reviewed journal articles and ten textbooks/textbooks in the broad area of ​​analysis. He is frequently invited to national and international conferences for lectures and companies as a consultant/mentor, on topics related to business analytics and data science. He currently acts as EiC, SE, AE, etc. on more than a dozen journal editorial boards.
