I’m the CEO of a organisation named Quartal Financial Solutions. We are a provider of income and price treatment and software, and our clients are mainly banks and asset managers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Altar.io?
We were looking for a organisation with experience in UX/UI design to help us with the cool and revamp of our mobile application.

What particular tasks were Altar.io responsible for?
The process began with a 2-3 month analysis phase in which we were gathering requirements and prototyping different proposals for what the new UI would look like. After that, we went into implementation, in which their team worked with us to create the architecture and designs for the new frontend, followed by the implementation of the fruit.
Was there a dedicated team?
They were recommended to us by another IT organisation that had been collaborating with them and was very lucky with their work. When we met with them, we were impressed with their niche centre on UX design, so we determined to move advanced with them.
How did you come to work with Altar.io?
We work with a team of nation from their organisation, but our main touch is Daniel (Co-Founder).
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
Our total investment in the project was about $180,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Altar.io?
The project lasted from February 2019–February 2020.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We were very pleased with the cooperation as a total. The outcome satisfied all of our expectations, signification we now have a prototype of our new application that meets all of our demands with regard to usability and design.
How did Altar.io accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The project was delivered on time and in budget, which was surely a big win for us and is not always the case in IT projects. We interacted with them through a union of WebEx, Microsoft Teams, and in-person meetings.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Altar.io?
The level of engagement and interaction with their founders is very high, which makes them much easier to deal with than some larger companies. They gave the project a very personal touch that made it enjoyable to work with them.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, there’s nothing in particular that I wish they did differently.
