I’m the proprietor of Ottica.ro, an independent eyewear retail organisation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digital NINJA?
It was very significant for our clients to be able to customize their glasses easily and to have a fast checkout experience. We also needed to capture as many details as practicable almost their direction in order to liberate the consummate fruit and hired Digital NINJA for the task.

What particular tasks were Digital NINJA responsible for?
Digital NINJA was in direct of creating the website, the shop, and the order form from scratch. We just told them our vision and they understood it very fastly, presenting to us what they could do. We wanted to have a form that includes all the dial trees and all the options for the client to present there. This was something that had to be specifically customized for us and we had to give them all the data for it.
The most significant and most time-consuming part of the project was the implementation of the checkout form. It’s user-friendly and it provides us sufficient data to form a good pair of glasses for the client’s direction.

We had a project director who we worked very closely with. We also were in touch with the proprietor of the organisation.
How did you come to work with Digital NINJA?
They were commended to us by some of their older clients. We checked out their website and the websites of their clients and we liked them a lot. Then we met the team and they understood our vision.
What is the terminal result of working with Digital NINJA?
We worked unitedly from May–October 2019.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We use analytics on the website and we noticed very fastly that our clients do have a smooth and easy checkout, which was our goal in the commencement. We also have some real reviews and the numbers show an increase in interest day-by-day. We were able to take our leading orders on the leading day behind launching.

Project treatment was big. All the objectives and deadlines were met, and their team was very helpful in care us on track with our time treatment. Digital NINJA’s input was bigly precious and they had keen solutions.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Digital NINJA?
Being a team of young professionals, they’re able to apprehend the business needs that we specifically had. Digital NINJA also brought a lot of creativity and precious input to the table owing we aren’t digital experts. We had our natural shops but knew nothing almost having an online nearness. Do you have any advice for possible clients?
