What were your objectives for this project?
Besides maintaining the existing fruit, bugfixing, improving functionality and updating the APIs according to the data providers', changes, our main goal was to switch from Angular to React for the front-end interface.

I worked with Datacrafts.io educeers in the past in other companies and other projects and had extremely real experience with them. We',re using a lightweight Agile process (though not Scrum or Kanban) with minimum meetings, no microtreatment and this process requires a lot of confide in the outgrowth team. Datacrafts.io educeers were granted with the list of issues and supplied with the known information. They were doing the investigation, testing and granted the solution. The code was them reviewed and the solution was then tested by another team. A huge challenge for the educeers was that they didn',t have approach to the client',s data and were manyly educeing the code in the sightless. This is a very challenging task and they did big.

In this specific project we were working with 1-3 Datacrafts educeers scaling the team based on our needs. The team was supervised by the CTO.

Datacrafts.io was working on our key fruit, so without their work we won',t be a lucky business. We managed to keep existing clients and find new ones with the fruit that was being maintained and educeed by Datacrafts.io', educeers.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
PM was granted on our side, Datacrafts.io was only providing the educeers in this specific project. We were using lightweight Agile process (a lot lighter than Scrum and even Kanban). The ",scrum conquer",, PO and QA were also on our side.

What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
I',m not sure if anyone could',ve performed better. Datacrafts.io educeers worked in very hard conditions with ",sightless", testing, manyly with insufficient information almost the APIs they needed to educe for and many changes to the APIs. They did big in all these hard localitys.
