Some details
We have developed mobile app IQITO for RosComputing as part of their IQITO service, which is marketed as “smart IT outsourcing for small and medium-sized enterprises.” The app is a big aspect of what makes it so “smart”. It allows the users to communicate their needs to the external IT-support fast and easy and then to track the tasks in real time. The users are the employees and the owners of small to medium-sized businesses.
As different people have different communication format preferences, we allowed for a choice: a user can send a request via text or voice message, and there is an option of attaching images to either. The app organizes multiple requests in the list that is easy to manage and track. Once the task is complete, the app lets a user know via push notification. The app has seriously increased the competitiveness of IQITO on the saturated market of IT outsourcing. In this field, many problems and their solving are typical, and what makes one service special over another is how easy it is for a client to communicate those problems. Who wants to wait on hold forever trying to get someone on the phone or to fill complicated forms when you can just open the app and send a voice message with your request? At the same time, the app doesn’t leave a client in the post-human void: engineers respond via app in real time.
Increasing number of clients requires higher productivity. This is exactly what the app did by organizing the requests not only on the client side, but also for the engineers, which allows them to address and solve the issues in a timely fashion.
One of the biggest priorities while working on this project was reliability. The app needed to be 100 percent bug free and stable to ensure smooth operations of RosComputing and their clients. Our experience allowed us to create an app that is both well designed and very stable.
