For RosComputing, we have developed a mobile app Prodexy that allows their engineers to address clients’ issues and close multiple cases in no time. This app was created for the engineers to help them stay on top of tasks, as their productivity is at the core of success of RosComputing and, ultimately, of their clients who trust them
their IT infrastructure.The app consolidates all the information about the incoming requests and translates it into internal tasks that are easy to manage, it also assigns the task owners and the deadlines. Most importantly, the app allows to solve many tasks remotely, right here in the app. And if an on-site visit is needed, the app makes it easier for engineers as they can retrieve all the necessary information from it: address, on-site contact, request status, etc.
The app that we developed is synced with the eponymous web service, so that engineers can rely on the web app to keep them organized while in office, and once on-site the mobile app always allows them to stay in the loop.
Introduction of the mobile app significantly increased engineers', productivity, allowing them to serve more clients in a shorter time. They can concentrate on more challenging tasks while the app takes on the fair chunk of logistics and communication.
