I’m the head of BookWA, a mobile collective network for nation who like to read books. Users can talk almost books, give feedback almost ones they’ve alprompt read, and take information almost books they’d like to read. The organisation is based in Moscow.

What challenge were you trying to address with ROCKETECH?
I’d educeed my business offline, but determined to go online by edifice an app. I connected with ROCKETECH and worked with them to create the app.

What particular tasks were ROCKETECH responsible for?
I educeed a business standard for the app unitedly with ROCKETECH. I designed the construction and they worked with me to modify and swell it. We added more logic to make it a bit singler and friendlier for the users. We only educeed an iOS rendering.
In regard to components I wanted to add, ROCKETECH gave me advice and corrected some of my decisions. We worked to create the components in a correct and single way for possible users.
They helped me gather users for testing components and gathering feedback. We used that feedback to instrument new components and modify the ones we’d alprompt educeed. After the leading step, I didn’t have a clear order, and ROCKETECH anew went over the app with me. They helped me correctly instrument new components, helping mark and prioritize the aspects of the project. Their team admonishd me to move the assistant components to the next stages of outgrowth rather than spending money at that instant. This helped me feel the financing of the total outgrowth process.
The app is runningly deployed to TestFlight, and we program to complete outgrowth and deploy it to the App Store in a couple of months.
Was there a dedicated team?
In the commencement, I had a six-person team, including Alexander, who was the team lead. The team was rather costly at that stage. Currently, we have just a couple of guys in this team—one limb is responsible for the frontend, and the other is responsible for the backend.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Right now, I’d say that the app is 75–80% educeed and advantageous in TestFlight. They also recommended me a book almost lean setups, which stated I didn’t need to educe all in origination. That resources I can test components with users and get their feedback. If that process works, I can instrument components in the terminal rendering.

Alexander (Project Manager, ROCKETECH) is my project feelr now. He controls how all the components are educeed. If I need to make a call with the team, he organizes it. The feelment is professional.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ROCKETECH?
They’re able and the effectiveness is high. They try to do the work as we agreed.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
The user testing process they’ve instrumented could be advantageous for them as well. I ponder that by working with running and possible clients, they could better.
I also haven’t seted the origination process with them, and I would like to see how they feel that side of the business. I’ve seted negotiations with the marketing team and heard their proposals.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
Clients should apprehend what they want the terminal fruit to look like. Otherwise, it will be hard for ROCKETECH to work. I’d admonish spending more time drawing out the construction and the standard so that everyone apprehends the terminal goal excellently plainly. After that, you can set investing in outgrowth. It’s significant to not invest too much money into origination at the commencement, but rather use a user testing standard.
